Bigfoot Technology ("we", "us", "our") operates the Reflex Arena mobile game (the "App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to this policy. If you disagree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Leaderboard data: your chosen display name, average reaction time, best reaction time, games played, and valid round count. This data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore and is visible to other players on the global leaderboard.
- Game progress: your lives count, XP, login streak, daily challenge status, and entitlement flags, stored in Firebase Firestore and synced via platform saved games (Game Center / Play Games) when signed in.
- Purchase records: whether you have unlocked "Unlimited Lives" or "Remove Ads" in-app purchases. We store only the entitlement flag — no payment card data is ever processed or stored by us.
- Advertising data: Google AdMob may collect device model, OS version, and ad interaction events to serve ads. This data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Platform account identifiers: if you sign in with Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), we receive your platform-assigned player identifier to sync leaderboard scores to the native platform service. We do not receive your Apple ID or Google account email.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate and display the global leaderboard
- Sync your lives and entitlements across devices and sessions
- Sync leaderboard scores to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games for cross-device restore
- Display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob (shown between rounds, never during gameplay)
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services that have their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase (Firestore database)
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Apple Game Center (iOS leaderboard sync)
- Google Play Games Services (Android leaderboard sync)
4. In-App Purchases
Purchases ("Unlimited Lives", "Remove Ads") are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only an entitlement confirmation — no payment details. Purchase restoration is handled by the native store's "Restore Purchases" flow.
5. Advertising
We use Google AdMob to show interstitial ads between rounds. AdMob may use your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / GAID on Android) to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or opt out of ad personalization
Ads are shown only between rounds and never during active gameplay.
6. Data Retention
Leaderboard and game progress data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us (see Section 9).
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
8. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Google Firebase, which applies industry-standard security measures. Firestore access is protected by security rules that validate all writes. Leaderboard display names are publicly readable by design.
9. Your Rights
You may request at any time:
- Access – what data we hold about you
- Deletion – removal of your leaderboard entry and game progress
- Correction – update your display name

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Changes take effect when the updated policy is posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
